Replica of a percussion pistol (successor of the flintlock pistol) with Forsyth patent lock. The pistol was designed as a natural extension of the arm, and hence enjoyed great popularity as a duelling weapon.
This muzzleloader replica is made of metal and resin (imitation ivory) – materials that guarantee its durability. All metal elements are elaborately decorated, and the barrel bears the inscription Joseph Kirner 1807.
